“ Lifting heavy stuff ”
One of my hobbies is strength training and fitness. I do it for my health, mental more than physical at this stage. I love the feeling of accomplishment and that rush of endorphins at the end of every session.
We use this tyre as weight to flip, a place to balance and an ego boost ?
