    I'm sorry you feel trapped by your body, but so proud of you for embracing and acknowledging and facing your reservations.

    Every single day, I remind myself: "I am not the opinions of others" and "There is only one me - that is my superpower."

     These help me remember that letting go of expectation (on how one should look, as an example) is freeing.
