“ Dramatic Skies ”
We had a cold front come through today and there were some high winds and rain. There were also some very dramatic clouds in the skies. I post processed in Snapseed using their HDR filter and did some selective edits in the blown out highlights in the sky.

    I like the colors and the drama of the clouds. If you had straightened the photo so the barn's top were straight, would it have put everything else at too weird an angle? Maybe the people would have been crooked, and that would be much worse! I think I may have cropped the shot on the left so there wouldn't be that wedge shaped space between the barn and the sky, and perhaps you could have cropped out a bit at the front so there wasn't so much driveway in the shot. I really like how you included people; they always add interest and help bring a shot to life.

    Cool shot Helene. Definitely good drama in the sky. You could probably tilt up a bit to show more of the sky/drama (and reduce the boring driveway). I love the inclusion… more
