Glad it did, too, as I would have simply glanced over the small thumbnail and NOT opened it.   Love the back-story.  I never much got into knitting or hooking.  You did well by twisting it to show better color & texture.  Knits like this DON'T feel good next to my bare skin.

    You have captured beautiful details and colors in your image. I might have moved your rolled edge down a little to give you a strong diagonal line. I believe the negative space created by this adjustment would strengthen your composition.  Very well done!
