“ Feather ”

Tried a few textures such as fabrics, woodgrain, etc, but wasn’t happy with the results. I found this bird feather in my garden, placed it on a black bowl for contrast and put it on a sunny windowsill.

Lovely detail. I like how the highlight looks like a moon. I have a large black bowl of been wanting to use, this is a lovely inspiration
