“ Reflections on a Thaw ”
The pond at a nearby wildlife sanctuary is just beginning to thaw and gave me some interesting reflection pictures this week. I really like the Impressionistic effect on the shot when I zoomed in very close and used very small crop of a larger picture.

    The colors are so soft and lovely, Kimberley. It's not easy to capture a really effective impressionistic photograph and I think you've done a great job here. My only critique in framing is that my eye wants the white from the set of trees to be a little to the left to be more at the thirds.
