“ Blinding Lights ”
I set out this week determined on trying to capture light trails. This was actually very fun and I think I could’ve stayed out all night. Wish I had planned better locations with more curves but I made it work. Can’t wait to do this technique again soon.

This is an interesting take. I feel the bokeh is a bit too extreme for this, I'd like to see things behind the fence a bit more in focus, to be more distinguishable. I think this kind of photo is actually quite hard to balance and it could go either way (make the fence the main subject and the trails a background, or make the trails the main subject and the fence a foreground), it would just be my preference.

Overall I think your composition is really good, with the leading lines and focus points exactly where they should go for maximum impact, and the assymmetry between red and white works well for me.

Love this - the light trails, the bokeh and the foreground interest of the metal frame of the fence - great work - nothing to shred here!

Very cool shot Allison! I love the mix of bokeh and light trails. One thing I would suggest cloning out would be the little nub of fence peaking in to the frame, just above middle right. It feels like the horizon line is tilting down to the right a bit. Maybe try rotating it slightly counter-clockwise? Love the colours in this! Great job!
