“ The Spire ”

There were other images that showed negative space but I chose this image. My friend said, "The cross is a singular point in the void of all the sky and with its meaning it has another layer of thought to it. The tarnish also adds to the effect." The darkness fleeing the light.

Your photo actually caught my eye when I quickly scrolled through some of the photos. I like the composition, putting the cross front and center and I actually like the to much space above the cross. I'm glad you included the darker part of the roof as it also leads your eye to the light (cross).
