“ Red-bellied Woodpecker Close-up ”
I'm playing with a rented lens this week, a Pentax 150-450mm, and took a photo of this Red-bellied Woodpecker at the Lake Waco Wetlands. I cropped down to turn the image into a head-shot portrait, so I could get an idea of the image quality.

I feel I could reach out and touch the bird!  WOW what a lens, and what talent you have for this clean, sharp photo!
