“ Oversized Puddle ”

Rain would have made this assignment easier! While walking my dog in the local park, I started to think, what constitutes a puddle? Does size matter? Or , perhaps it's just water that doesn't have an outlet. I'm going with the latter, and will call this an "oversized puddle".
