“ To be Franc ”

We enjoyed a train ride and wine pairing in Bryson City, North Carolina this weekend. The views were great, the food was delicious, and the wine was to die for. My favorite was a Biltmore Reserve Cabernet Franc. A sweet, but not too sweet red with hints of chocolate, red plum and blackberry.
