“ Summer Salad ”

Each year after Christmas I make this tomato, cucumber and onion salad to go with the left over Christmas ham. This follows on from a family tradition and its such a great staple for the hot Aussie Summer days.

I love both the constructed and deconstructed aspects you have captured.

One suggestion would be to do a gentle crop on the top and right hand side, just to remove the orange strip past the edge of the table.

I love that this is capturing a family Christmas tradition.
