“ Splish Splash ”

I set a small clear bowl filled with water inside a larger black bowl (for the overflow). I rigged a stand and clamped a plastic sandwich bag to it, filled with water with the point/corner of the bag facing down towards the bowl. I poked a tiny hole in the bag near the bottom, then water started ...
