“ What is this? ”

My husband and I passed this plant/factory on our way to an appointment. I jumped out and took a photo (Yes, I know the exercise is not about just snapping a photo, but it's such a weird place!) I wanted to photograph the moon and change out the round part and make this into a moon light ...
