“ Soft and Fluffy ”

I enjoyed doing some ICM photography this week. The War Memorial Rose Garden was at it's peak this weekend, so I went over there and had some fun. There were many good ones, but this one captured my attention, as it was soft and fluffy and looked like it was blowing in the breeze.
