“ 618 degrees ”

618 degrees. That's the temp Whole Foods cooks their wood fired pizza at. I had the opportunity to speak to the chef there and learn more about how they make these pizzas.

I wasn't in the mood for a flat lay so I explored several shops trying to capture more of a 'marketplace ...
