I like the composition of your shot, the diagonal line. I would maybe have increased the DOF a little, to get all the details of the hand texture out though. Good choice… more

I like how close and frame filling - and thus personal - this is. B/W intensifies this feeling for me.
Shredding: The upper nail is nearly cropped at the top edge of the picture. Maybe it could use some more pixels of space.
