What a wonderful happy face. You have the beginnings of some bokeh, so almost there, but the lighting is very unbalanced, My suggestion would have been to bring your… more

What a wonderful happy face. You have the beginnings of some bokeh, so almost there, but the lighting is very unbalanced, My suggestion would have been to bring your subject away from the hedge, use a shorter focal length, reduce your ISO a little and take your aperture down to the widest your lens supports. Then light your lovely models face, some white card to reflect, or even the light from a mobile phone... have fun
