“ Kerstmarkt Grimbergen ”

Taken at the Christmas Market in Grimbergen (Belgium). I tried to get the people moving and the lights star shape. But using a small aperture lead to very long shutter speed and as result blurry people and `christmas tree (it was windy... and freezing cold)
