    what a nice idea and I like your set-up! If this were my image, I would probably step-down the aperture a little bit more so that all the trees were in focus, OR, I would place the taller ones a little further back and add more depth. I like your choice of background by adding some contrasting colors but it's subtle and doesn't distract at all.

    You were very creative in coming up with this image of the paper trees. The focus is off which hurts some, but it the image does have an impact and tells a story.
