This turned out nice. At first I thought it was snow. I especially like the little balls on the plants. They give a good pop to the photo.

it's a beautiful picture but I feel like it's not very minimalist. Maybe focussing on less of these grass plant thingies would make it a bit more minimalist in my eyes… more

Really nice contrast. I agree that maybe try to focus on a smaller group of grass. But this is very nice.

I was so sure this was snow! Interesting how the brain interpret the scene from what you normally see! I like your B&W edit and the composition. But for this theme I agree with what other have suggested, about only using one of the groups of grass.
