I like your use of selective colour that has picked out not only the light trails but also the activity in the cafe in the centre. I am not sure why you have set it in a… more

I like your use of selective colour that has picked out not only the light trails but also the activity in the cafe in the centre. I am not sure why you have set it in a wide white border, it makes the shot smaller so harder to see without zooming in. Nice capture.
