“ Veteran’s Memorial ”

Normally there is a fountain in front of this memorial, but because it’s winter they have removed the water. When I went to visit, there were still some puddles of water left so I thought it would make an interesting subject for this theme.

I have never seen this memorial before. Is it made out of glass or plastic??? I was so surprised to see it was translucent.

The bare trees enhance the message of the memorial, as do the muted colors. Very moving image.
