OK, after this weeks challange a macro lens is on top of my wish list.
It is such a fun theme but a bit harder to do without a macro lens, or maybe it is just my imagination that is coming short.

Beautiful detail. I think you did very well without a macro lens. Just remember with a new lens comes the learning curve on how to use it. Such an incredible image.
