“ Half full or half empty? ”

This was a wild week and I tried this week's challenge using my cell phone camera and a newly downloaded long exposure app for android phones. I tried a few different things and liked this photo the best. This wasn't my favorite subject or challenge but I learned more about my cell phone ...
